Hello and welcome to our site.  Vasquez Wax Figures was formed in 2011 and has been providing world class wax figures to wax museums, private collectors, and various businesses worldwide ever since.  Sonya Vasquez has been producing wax figures since 1997 and was previously Lead Wax Portrait Sculptor for Classic Attractions Inc. and Ripley Entertainment.

All of our wax figures are hand made custom portraits from start to finish.  Every figure we create is a carefully crafted work of art made in the old world style of wax figure making.  The stunning, life like portraits are fully detailed starting from the initial clay sculpt all the way to the last hand inserted hair on the finished wax figure.  You are truly receiving a one of a kind work of art when you commission a custom wax figure from Vasquez Wax Figures.

Sonya's experience in the field of making wax figures is both academic and hands on training.  Sonya majored in sculpture at The University of North Texas.  She also studied the works of some of the most famous wax figure sculptors from the past and continues to study to keep this unique art form alive.
